The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone or complete the appointment request form. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.
Please phone our office to schedule a convenient appointment time. We offer brief complimentary consultations to allow patients to meet our doctors and the staff and to visit our office before scheduling any procedures.
Please consider arriving 15 minutes before your appointment time if you have not filled out our patient forms in advance. Please bring copies of your most recent x-rays and any other information about previous treatment that you feel is important.
We ask that patients give 48-hours’ notice if they need to reschedule an appointment.
